When I first moved back to Tallahassee in 2002 Adam did my entire back of art work in one sitting. He turned on my favorite Tupac music and got to work. I wear my tatts proudly on my back and til this day 21 years later people still ask me who did my artwork on my back. Adam is truly missed

Much time has passed but I would like to send my deepest condolences to Adam's family. Adam was a wonderful person with a mad skill in tat's. I wear my daisy on my toe proudly. Adam tattooed three of my friend's big toe and myself. He was a kind person with a lot of spunk. I know Heaven is rocking with him there.

Adam was a fab artist that I am honored to wear his work. I met Adam 30 so years ago in Panama City Beach, Fl. He was a truly a wonderful person.

I met Adam and the Boys at his shop back in the mid90's pretty cool guy I told them I was A Tattoo Artist aswell we all got along great I got a couple nice tats from them we would stop in every time we came down RIP Brother Kenny Stroud Anderson in

Adam,
I saw that big beautiful smile of your`s, today ... It was on the face of your oldest ... I have seen it many times in the last year ... I have seen it on the faces of your children and grand/baby ... They are all fine and miss you alot ... The little ones are growing like pepper sprouts ... They are going to be big before you know it ... They are going to be fine, just fine ............
Got some ink in your honor ...It`s the first tattoo you put on Adam Lee... With some wings and "In Menory" ribons, added ... Nancy drew it up and Suzanne did the ink work ... It is awesome ... I think you would approve ............
I keep thinking that the phone will ring any day now and it will be you, looking for some thing to do while you're in town ... but, the phone doesn`t ring ............

Adam that all needs to be said. becuse he was one of a kind man.I have became very close to Adam in the past year. he has worked on me & my husbent for 15 year's. the last time i seen Adam it's was the day befor i left for Ny. and we told each other see you went i get back. Adam i know you are riding that big harley in the sky ride on my good frind and i will miss you very much!!!!!!!!

The West Family:
Adam was a truly special person to me. He and I have known each other for 10 years and I hadn't spoken to him since March 31 and had no idea that he departed this life. I am going to really miss him...he was a great father, friend, and the best damn tattoo artist I've ever known. To Suzanne and the kids: Adam loved you guys with all of himself and he was the greatest! Rest easy my dear friend and may God keep close watch over you. With all my love!!!!!

To the family I am so sorry for your loss. I have known Adam for a number of years. I first met him when living in P.C. Anyway, he has done alot of great work on me & others. I will miss him greatly. We hadn't long descussed my partner & I doing some counter top & cabinet work for him. I'm sorry I didn't hear of the lose sooner!

To the Friends and Family of Adam West, I am very sorry to hear about the loss of such a cool person . I lost my Dad four years ago and Adam had done all his past tattoo work and promised to do one for me one day. I am very sorry that his life was cut so short.

I just don't know where to start...I met Adam a long time ago when he did a tat on my ankle...(he has a matching unicorn, as a matter of fact...his is just larger)...since then he had met my daughter, Nansi..she even did some notary work for the shop. He and Suzanne became friends of hers and that made me happy. Of course, Nansi got more tattooed and pierced at Capital City. Adam also pierced my belly button and did another tat on my low back. He was a gentle man with a "tough" exterior...he fooled those that did not know him, but not those that did! I will treasure the work he has done for me...I will ALWAYS talk about the talent he had. I always sent people to Capital City to get work done and will continue to do so in his honor. Suzanne, Adam will look over you from above now and you will be more able to cope with this...never will I say it will get easier, but it will be something you will cope with...you are a strong woman, that's what he loved about you. Adam is riding free now and someday we will all get to join him...what a party that will be!!! I will pray for you as I grieve with you in this time of loss to everyone whose life Adam touched...he was unforgetable!!

Adam West was a great tattoo artist, he has done several tattoos for me and my Ex- (Vito) I knew his older children as they played with mine 16 years ago. He always had a smile. Adam will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. My condolences to his family and children.

I just found out about Adam today and my heart broke for you. I loved Adam. Adam always treated me with respect and like I was family. I know to say I'm sorry seems simple and I'm sure you are tired of hearing it, but I am sorry. I will miss him greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with you always. Suzanne and Family,
I did the picture processing for the shop for almost six years. Never did I once see Adam without a smile on his face even when I knew that he was going through some tough times.(He hated, HATED that neck brace that he had to wear for a time!) He was one of the most REAL people I have ever met. I feel lucky to have shared some really good days with him, like the time that Jasmine was born and how excited he was to get those pictures back! I didn't know that he had passed until I noticed that a friend of mine had gotten a piercing. I knew that she had probably gotten it at Capital City. I asked her if Adam had done it. That was when she told me the sad news. I was shocked. Adam just seemed like one of those people that you just couldn't knock down. He just kept going and going. I am glad that I have good memories of him, he will be missed.

Adam, who knew, that on that Sunday evening when you said,"see you tomarrow & we`ll go get that battery." That that would be the last time we would talk untill I get my gold handlebars & gold rims? It will not be long before we meet again & ride that super slab in the sky. I don`t need for you to save me a parking spot, for I will be ready to ride (two wheeles, again) & get some ink!!! like you said to me, "HARLEY" riders are a dime a dozen...but...a "BROTHER" is hard to come by!!! Thank you for your trust in me. Ever look at what you have when you take the "R" out of brother ... you get "BOTHER". You were agravating at times, OK,( alot of times ) but never a bother... Brother. Sure am going to miss that stimulating grin & that great big beautiful smile!!! I will wear your awsome art work with pride & speak of you as I have found .............

It was sad to hear about Adam.

May he rest in peice, Adam was a great guy and I am sorry to hear about it,but what makes it hard Adam tried for a week b4 he died to get me to come hang out with him and I wasn't able to make time but now I do not have the chance to, so Everyone remember when asked for a lil bit of your time let someone have it because you never know if you will get a chance later.

Our Hearts ache for you all. We know what it's like to lose a love one in a motorcycle crash/accident. We too lost our son almost 4 years ago. We knew of Adam because our son got his tattoo from Capitol City Tattooz, and since we too have received a few tattooz, in memory of Kris. Although, we only knew Adam briefly, he will be missed and you all are in our prayers.

Suzanne and Family.
Adam was a great tattoo artist that has done many pieces of art on my husband, family members and friends. We have spent many hours at his shop with him and really enjoyed the company and time spent there. We will miss Adam, and there will never be another person like him. Adam left a couple of pieces undone on my husband and they will remain that way. Our thoughts are with you during this difficult time and from experience I know what you are going through.
