I will always have the fond memory when I met Jacob with Happy Feet Plus team 2019.

We will remember Jacob as a passionate man, driven by noble values.
It was always a pleasure to exchange with him on his business journey and life principles. He has gone way too early. But his legacy lives on.

I only met Jacob once, through my good friend Jane Strong. I knew of his works however. All the stores were special places and the Happy Feat Headquarters was a very early example of eco-friendly architecture. He was ahead of his time in many ways - and he left us way ahead of time.

I remember we would spend a lot of Christmases there as kids he also gave me and Dave endzone tickets for the buccaneers vs raiders game and the endless games of cribbage he was a great man and he will be forever missed I love u Uncle Jacob

Jacob always came across to me as an old soul. The first Christmas party I attended, he walked over to my husband and was asking him how he was enjoying himself. In context, My hubby is a wallflower and often keeps to himself. He really enjoyed the interaction.
Almost exactly a year ago, our location moved a few doors down. Who drove an hour to help us move shoe boxes? Jacob! He worked just as hard as we did when it was apparent that it wasn't his best health days. He cared about us and cared about the company that he helped create. I will carry that memory always.

He was my closest friend for thirty-seven years. My daughter called him Uncle Jacob. I can't believe he's gone. I will miss him.

I was saddened to hear of Jacob's passing. As an old friend from Canada in the 60's I was so pleased to reconnect briefly in 2019 when in Florida. We had little opportunity to re-unite and talk about old times but it was apparent that your drive to succeed and to make the world a better place was alive and well.

First, and foremost I was very sad to hear of Jacobs transitioning. May he travel well. I remember the very first holiday dinner my spouse, and I attended Jacob walked straight to me and said hi, Latoyca I was impressed that he knew my name being that I'm only one of many employees, but then I thought ole shoot he see's me cutting up on camera lol:)!! needless to say to the family you have my deepest sympathy.
