Danny Hoskinson Obituary
SOMERSET, KY - Danny Joe Hoskinson, 59, of Somerset, KY., passed away Thursday, August 16, 2012 at his residence.
He was born April 1, 1953 in Cleveland, OH, to Harold Hoskinson and Lorraine Stiltner. He married Jerry E. Stanley on May 21, 1988 in Sheffield Village, OH.
Danny served in the U.S. Air Force in the Vietnam War. He worked as a carpenter for Howell & Son Siding & Windows in Amherst, OH.
Danny is survived by his wife, father, daughters: Virginia Whitt, Brandy Whitt and Kathy Blevins(fiance, Sean) all of Somerset, KY.; son, Jerry (Shelia) Whitt of Somerset, KY.; grandchildren: Jonathan Whitt, Shyanne Tucker, Gracie Whitt, Zoey Whitt, Aubrey Whitt, Logan Whitt, Alexander Whitt, Kyrstin Hall, Anna Blevins and James Everhart; and 1 great-grandchild. He is also survived by his sister, Darlene Hoskinson and brother, David Hoskinson both of Belfrey, OH.
Preceding him in death was his mother, Lorraine Hoskinson; brother, Tommy Stiltner and grandchild, Glen Whitt.
Visitation for Danny will be Monday, August 20 from 11 - 1pm at the chapel of Somerset Undertaking & Crematory.
A celebration honoring the life of Danny will be Monday, August 20 at 1pm at the chapel of Somerset Undertaking & Crematory with Bro. Eugene Tarter officiating. American Legion Post #38 will perform military honors.
Interment will be in the Mill Springs National Cemetery.
Somerset Undertaking & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
