Richland - William N. "Billy" Dean, III, 38, of Richland, NJ passed away suddenly on Tuesday June 15, 2021 in Philadelphia, PA. Billy was born in Vineland, raised in Richland and was a lifelong area resident. He is pre deceased by his father William N. Dean, Jr. & fiancée Stephanie Coccaro.
Billy was a graduate of Buena Regional High School Class of 2001. He enjoyed working with his hands and was a talented builder & carpenter. He also enjoyed motorcycles, classic cars and fishing. Billy was loved by all that knew him.
He is survived by his mother; Debra L. Dean & Michael Axe, Sister Amanda Dean, Step brother; Mike Axe, Nephew Aiden & Niece Aria as well as several Aunts, Uncles & Cousins, Grandmother, Joyce Marshall.
Relatives & friends will be received on Tuesday June 22nd, from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Pancoast Funeral Home, 676 S. Main Road, Vineland, NJ where a Prayer Service will be conducted at 8 PM.
