Jocelyn Moschella Obituary
Mrs. Moschella is survived by her loving husband Joseph; her father Vicente Rapisura; daughter Joanna Rapisura; and sons, Jessrael Rapisura and John Carlo Peralta; and grandchildren, Claire and Christian; and Juno, her beloved dog. She was a loving and caring mother to her children. She lived to love and care for family and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph Church, Squire Street, New London. Interment will be held in the Philippines. Calling hours will be held from 2 until 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, and again, from 7 until 9 p.m. in Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home, 181 Ocean Avenue, New London. I can not believe you are gone!! I'll always appreciate your thoughtful and caring demeanor. The world needs more of you not less. I'll cherish all the good times and the laughs we had with friends while volunteering for all those breast cancer walks over the years. We lost a true heart of GOLD! My most heartfelt condolences go out to her family. May you rest in peace and love!!

We are so saddened by the passing of our dear friend Jazzy Moschella. Jazzy was one of the Kids Philippines Board of Directors. Jazzy had the heart of gold for her family and friends. She was a caring and loving Mom to Joanna Marie, Carlo & Jezz. We just had a great 5th of July celebration at her beautiful home. Our fun memories together as friends will forever be remembered. WE LOVE YOU JAZZY.
Thank you for your service to the Filipino-American community here in CT. Thank you for being so active and supportive to Kids Philippines Inc. You are forever in our hearts. Rest peacefully our beautiful friend and kumare. ~
