Condolences to his family. I met Oscar while at Pan American and was one of my best friends during those years. Worked with him at pac a sac for his brother Edgar. Helped me to finish college and go on to succeed in politics. Adios Oscar.

Oscar, I am really saddened to hear about your passing. Just this past Monday, we drove by your Mom's house on Hawk St and I told my wife, "when we were kids, We would walk over to Oscar's house on Sundays to watch the Ed Sullivan Show when the Beatles came on!" Those memories, Pac A Sac memories where we worked and all the years of friendship we had will be treasured. Rest easy my friend! Our sincere Condolences to the Ruiz Family.

My sincere condolences to the Ruiz family. Oscar and I went to school in elementary. The last time I saw Oscar was in San Juan in one of the elections and he said he had moved back to San Juan . He said he had been working at a Luby's I think in Houston, Tx. Well Oscar you beat us to the finish line! Some go sooner than others. But in the end we will all be together in a paradise that God has for us. I'm pretty sure your mom and dad recieved you with open arms. No more suffering, no more pain. Till we meet again. RIP
