My dear sweet Hugo...I am so sorry and shocked to hear of your passing. It was always a pleasure when you came in the office. You were one of our favorite patients. I always love the way you told your jokes and Pat was always smiling standing by your side. I am totally saddened
but I will always remember when you walked through the door I would
sing..."You go where I go Hugo". I hope to go where you have gone one day sweet man. My deepest sympathy to the Pat and his Family.

With deepest Sympathy, Sue Skidmore (Dr. Fellman's office)
