Hi Graham Family. I just found out about your ma as I read the article in the oakland press - it sure did remind me of all the great times at your house as a little girl. I remember going to watch her play volleyball too - what a great, funny

I remember your mom from years ago. My dad also worked at the bus garage and I spent much time up there. She was an amazing person. I met her again, several years ago, when she came to my father's funeral. Still the loving caring person she was back in the 70s. Cherish the memories.

Way back "when", the little Robinson girls loved riding the SPICE bus because Loretta always greeted them with a kind word and a smile. It was the best way to start the school day and we are so grateful to Lorreta for getting our girls to and from SPICE safely. Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Gale, I was so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom, Lu. She was such a special person. From the time I first met her and even as a player on her team, she was always mindful, thoughtful and fair-minded in her dealings with others (i.e., her players and other teams she coached against). Because of the kind of person she was, she and her opinions were truly respected. I, and I'll venture to say, many others, will truly miss her graceful, smiling and oftentimes the "calming" presence she exuded. May God bless and comfort you and your entire family. PEACE BE STILL!

Aunt Loretta!!! Just saying her name makes everyone smile in our family. She was a joy to all that knew her. She made you feel loved and left you smiling whenever you saw or spoke to her. She will always be cherished by all that knew her and never forgotten.

Mom. I was always the best liked kid growing up because I had the "coolest" Mom! You have shaped my life from conception, and for that I am eternally grateful. I will see you soon and say "hey", from me, to all our loved ones and friends who have been waiting patiently for your arrival. I am NOT sorry I kept you here with me for so long. I love you Mom and I am so happy you have finally began your new jouney with our heavenly Father.

Loretta was a great bus driver; always had a good joke to tell, loved children, and had a zest for life. She was also a great coach and I was so fortunate to know her for most of my life. Every time I called or stopped by, she would ask about the softball team by saying, "How are the girls?" and add how much she missed going to the games. She asked about my family, listing each of my children separately and wanting details of their lives; she loved me as I did her and she loved my children. I will miss her dearly but she will always have a space in my memories and in my heart. My thoughts, love, and prayers are with her entire family which I consider an extension of my own family. I love you all.
