I'm out of loss for words. I've only known Jacob for a year but since the first time we met he was always looking out for me like my protector or big brother. He wanted to always make sure I was doing OK and taking care of myself and my kids. Always reminding me of how good a person I was and could be. I often wake and cry cause I feel as if he's there watching over me. I'm so sorry for his loss and it's still so hard to believe he's gone but I know he's not in any more pain he's always going to be here spiritually watching over all of us he's touched dearly. RIP Jacob your so very missed. If Lilo needs a home please call me id love to have her. 765 215 5379

I went to school with Jacob starting at Storer Elementary up through high school.
He was the biggest kid in class, and by the time we were on Central's track team together, Jacob was so strong, he seemed indestructible.
After high school we would cross paths on IU's campus, and I remember this smile he'd have if we spotted each other outside class or on the sidewalk and took a minute to catch up. It was nice to see someone from home.
Jacob was a great classmate to grow up with and will be missed.

Ellen I am so sorry to see this. I don't usually read
the obits of names I don't recognize but your name popped out. I met him when I took your mom home from Westminster (I drove the bus). I retired this past January, but think of the loved ones of residents I continue to cherish. My sympathies, prayers and thoughts are with you and your family at this difficult time.
