Francis Albert Richardson SENECA - Francis "Frank" Richardson, 84 of Driver Ct. Seneca, passed on May 13th, 2018. He was born Dec. 30th, 1933 to William & Frances Riley Richardson, Sr. in Anderson, SC. He was a Clemson University and a Vanderbilt University graduate, a retired Educator with the South Carolina Department of Education, and he loved watching Clemson sports and playing golf. He was preceded in death by his parents one sister and three brothers and is survived by his spouse, Carolyn Richardson, and a daughter, Margaret R. Owens (Chuck), three grandchildren, Frances Riley Owens, Britton Diane Owens, Charles Edward Owens V. Memorial Services will be held 3:00pm Thursday, May 17th, 2018 at the Brown-Oglesby Chapel with Rev. Byron Fincannon officiating, the family will be receiving friends and family afterwards at CrossCreek Plantation Clubhouse.
