A personal friend of mine from our time together as fellow Lions Club members in Mullins. His character was of the highest caliber at all times. One of the most respected men I ever knew. Some people talked about living an exemplary life, but he actually lived it. Although I moved away 40 years ago, I have never forgotten his generosity and acts of kindness. God be with you and your family.

I was deeply sadden to learn of Dr. Mason's passing. He was my dentist from childhood to the time I left for college. I was also a FBC member and he was always helping the youth of the church. Myself being a retired US Army career soldier, I was impressed with his WWII contributions to protect our freedom. He was truly a hidden hero for his family and the town of Mullins. Dr. Mason was a perfect example of the "greatest generation". A super lifetime journey of contributing to "life" and helping others.
