Just heard of her passing. I too met the carpool in Leesville at the gas station coming from Johnston. We were all young and happy. Also went dancing with Jane and Billy in the 70s. She was always funny and great gal. Betsy Wright Walsh Columbia, SC

I am so sorry to hear about Jane's passing. I was also a part of her carpool group, along with Carol Hair. going to Columbia every morning. We did have a good time together. She will certainly be missed by all of her friends & family. I always admired Jane, she always had a big smile on her sweet face.

My prayers go out to the family in the loss of a loved one. I don't know if you remember me, but I used to work for your Dad and Mom back in the 70's. They gave me my first job at the station and I worked in the diner too. Your mom and dad were a huge influence in my life and will be missed by all. They are with each other again in a much better place than we are. God Bless each of you during this time of sorrow.

So sad to hear about Jane. I'll never forget our commute to our first job in Columbia, before and after both of us married and had our first child. She was always such a joy to all of our carpool group. Our prayers and sympathy go to all of you. May your memories sustain you, and may you find comfort in knowing that she is in better place.

Sincerely,
