You will be missed by so many. You are in our thoughts and prayers. My fiance grew up with Christian and frequently worked with him in the winter months. I got to know him this way and he was a really great guy. He will be missed ---- Jen & Peter

I never met Chris until the day of the microburst that ripped thru the city.
As a city firefighter, we are used to helping people, not having people help us. I was on park street near Lasalette trying to clear some of the trees so we could get the road open as it was completely impassable. After an hour or so of cutting trees, Chris stopped by. He was on his way to go help his mom I believe he said when he offered to sharpen our chain saw because that's what he did for a living. We all were thankful to grab a quick water break while Chris helped us.
RIP
