Sharon Skaggs Jr. Obituary
Junior owned and operated JR's Tire Store on Cloverdale Road for approximately 30 years.
Visitation will be Monday, April 14, from 6-8 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral will be Tuesday, April 15, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. David Rushlow will be officiating.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sharon and Nola Skaggs; his sister, Frances Whyde; and daughter, Patsy Sexton.
Survivors include his brother, Ora Skaggs; sisters, Rosalie Whyde, Helen Felger and Gladys Woods; daughter, Paula Brown, five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

JR could always be relied upon, along with his trusted staff, to keep my families' cars on the road. I am sad to see he is no longer with us. A light in the Petersville had gone out when he closed his store.
