Mildred Ada Lohr, 80, passed away suddenly at home last Friday.
Born in Rochester, NY, May 12, 1928, she was called "Molly".
Molly worked as a riveter for Boeing Aircraft for 10 years during WWII and a cannery worker in San Diego for five years. She was married to Russell Lohr on March 31, 1951; he preceded her in death, October 26, 2003.
She was an avid SF Giants fan, family poker player and former tap dancer. She took delight in her great-grandchildren, saltwater taffy and trips to the beauty salon. "Grama" was loved by everyone who walked through the door. She will be greatly missed and will forever remain in our hearts.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her six children, Suzanne Harristakis, Jerome (Doyline), Pamela Parkinson, Roxanne Gentry, Catherine (George) Gonzales and Robert (Elena) Trotter; grandchildren, Daniel (Velvet), Allen (Mary), Dawn Marie (David), Michael, David (Roxanne) Shane, Kimberly (Juan) and George Jr.; and 15 great-grandchildren.
No services at her request. Arrangements made by Wiggins-Knipp Funeral Home.

Milly was a loving and caring woman. She was their for my three children Melissa, Jaime and Rai-Lin (monkie) when we lived behind her and Digger. Milly took loving care of Rai-Lin(monkie) when she was a little girl and I had to work. Dawn use to say monkies not sick she just wants to stay with Milly to eat fries...Which I know now that was very true. My heart goes out to Dawn whom has been with Milly her entire life. I hope she never forgets the good times and loving memories she has of her grandma milly. THANK YOU Milly for being their for my children and loving them as your own. You where a great neighbor and friend. My sincere love Kathi
