SHAVERTOWN — It is with great sadness that the family of Christopher T. Lamoreaux announces his passing after a brief illness on Monday, April 19, 2021, at the age of 42. He is now reunited with his parents Charles and Judy Lamoreaux as well as his older brother Charles.
Christopher was born Jan. 7, 1978, and lived in Shavertown much of his life prior to moving to Parsons. He attended and graduated from Dallas High School in 1996 and then enlisted in the Army Reserves. He loved taking care of others and spent much of his life being a certified nurses aide until he furthered his career at Wilkes-Barre Area CTC Practical Nursing Program and graduating in 2015.
Chris enjoyed watching all sports especially his Philadelphia Eagles and attending games with his brother. He also liked vacationing at Shawnee on Delaware and playing cards with his family.
Surviving are his brother, Mark Lamoreaux and his wife, Susan, of Shavertown; nephews Justin Hromer and Jayden Lamoreaux; nieces, Allison, Sierra and Aleesha Lamoreaux; many aunts and uncles.
Private funeral services will be held. Condolences can be sent to eblakecollins.com.

Chris i can't believe you are gone. I'm still in shock. You alays had a big heart and did your very best when it came to your patients. You always helped me with that trying patient. I know now thst there was a reason that we talked one last time exactly 2 weeks before you left us. What a great talk we had. I wish i knew where i could go to pay my respects to you.
