I would like to share a memory of Binky. He was my father's friend (Bill Sabecky).Years ago (too many) I was driving my car on Zerby Ave. I had an invalid inspection sticker and had my kids in the car. I did not see it was him in the car, just saw it was a state trooper and knew I had been had. He pulls me over and came up to the window, by this time, my daughter age 9 knew it was Binky...he tapped on the window, I rolled it down and he said your busted.....We all burst out laughing after he almost had me having anxiety attack. He knew it was me.....He was a wonderful fun person and full of life and truely enjoyed his job. He will be sadly missed by all of us.

Rose, Although I am living in Florida, I pull up the Times Leader daily and was shocked and saddened to read of Bobs illness and passing away. I have always considered him a great friend and consider myself fortunate to have known him and have shared so many years of memories. I will be coming to Pennsylvania in October and will stop by the house. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I never met him, but I understand he was a WONDERFUL father-in-law. Glod bless his wife, son, and daughter-in law during this sad time.
