Robert Kripps Obituary

KRIPPS Robert (Bob) Lee Kripps, 85, entered into the Church Triumphant on November 4, 2015. Born on June 11, 1930, Bob was a native of New London, CT, as one of five siblings of William and Viola May (Edwards) Kripps. Bob served in the U. S. Army from 1947 to 1950 in the 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 82nd Airborne. Upon moving to Jacksonville, he met his loving wife of 54 years, Elenore (Sprunkel). Bob worked for several Westside businesses during his life including White Springs Bottled Water Co. as a route manager and in sales before retiring in 1992. Bob loved to run including running marathons. He was a faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Church where he taught the adult Sunday School class. A memorial service, followed by the interment of ashes, will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church on Tuesday, November 24th at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church.
