Orgna Ellis Obituary
She was born in Grapevine, AR, December 25, 1920, to Japheth and Daisy Hayman. Her parents, sisters and one brother preceded her in death.
She is survived by daughter, Barbara Ellis Allison; sons, Edward J. and Carl E. Ellis; special grandsons, Garry Ellis and Carl Jamal Ellis; cousin, like brother, Muriel Oxner; many other grandchildren; nieces and nephews and other relatives.
Ms. Ellis was a 60 year member of St. Paul A.M.E. Zion Church and Parent Body Missionary.
She was also known as The Flower Lady at Ashley Arms Apts.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 20, 2006, at St. Paul A.M.E. Zion Church, visitation Sunday, after 2:00 p.m. with wake services from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. The House of Day Funeral Service Chapel. www.houseofday.com
