Sincerely our deepest condolences for Dan, Pat and Ashley. Fond memories of John playing ball with our boys in the yard.Also memories of watching John wrestle and his graduation. His wonderful enthusiasm for life will be missed. Also, missing him smile and wave as he passed our house.

Dan, Pat and Ashley. My family was blessed to have John so close to us. He was always funny and charming with the kids and respectful to us. Jacab and Kristin will always have great memories for the rest of their lives. He was a great child that grew in to a great young man that touched everyone around him. Hughes you were a great crew chief and a great friend. One of those people you can be around and tell he was raised up to be a good man. Your family a Moody misses you and loves you as well as your whole A-10 crew chief family. Prayers and heart felt sorrow goes to your whole family.

I did not know John very well, but he was very kind. He was also very compassionate towards wrestling. One fond memory I had from John was during a wresling meet, his hair was to long to be able to wrestle and for his head gear, he didn't care and shaved the hair around his ears, showing his dedicaton to his team and the sport. I looked up to him when I was in the 8th grade, he was a senior. He showed me dedication and how to be a great teammate. RIP John Hughes. you will be missed.
