Charles Doggett Obituary
Born in Northampton County, Va., Mr. Doggett was a longtime resident of Trenton.
He was a 1964 graduate of Northampton County High School in Machipongo, Va. He was employed as a butcher for Pathmark Supermarket for 40 years and was the owner and operator of Doggett's Locksmith of Trenton for many years.
Predeceased by his mother, Elizabeth Wynn Doggett, surviving are his father, Levi Doggett (Willie Mae) of Cape Charles, Va.; three children, Charles Doggett Jr. (Quinn) of Williamstown, Anthony Doggett (Rhonda), Craig Doggett (Racquel), all of Sicklerville; one brother, Levi Doggett Jr. (Wyonnie) of Willingboro; five sisters, LaVerne Doggett Jones (Wayne) of Laurel, Md., Elizabeth Doggett, Jenifer (Eugene) of Lanham, Md., Mary Ann Doggett of Bowie, Md., Juanita Doggett of Suitland, Md. and Annie Joyner (Ruffin) of Springfield, Va.; 8 grandchildren, Natalie, Vernon, Lauren, Anthony Jr., Takijak, Marvin, Bria and Jalen; a special friend, Janet Tracy of Trenton; two aunts, Evelyn Wynn Fladger of Newark and Beatrice Wynn Smith of Hillside; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday at 8 p.m. at Campbell Funeral Chapel, 1225 Calhoun St., Trenton.
Calling hour will be from 7 to 8 p.m. at the chapel.

I worked with Charlie at Pathmark for many many years. What a wonderful, funny man. I just found out of his passing and I am stunned. MY heart goes out to his loved ones, and tonight Charlie you will be in my prayers

I was very sorry to hear of Charles' passing. Although I didn't know him well, we did share a table or two at a couple of GPLA functions, and he was a very personable and fun guy. I and my family's prayers are with your family at this very trying time.

Condolences are sent to everyone from Herbert Cherowitz who worked at Pathmark with Charlie for many many years. I am Herb's daughter Karen and Charlie also knew Herb's other daughter Helen. Charlie was a friend to my dad all those years.
