Kathryn Rapp Obituary

Kathryn E. Rapp, 96, of Venice, Fla., formerly of Jeannette, passed away Sunday, Dec. 11, 2005, in Venice, Fla. She was born July 14, 1909, the daughter of the late Andrew and Ellen Loughner Kemerer. She formerly owned and operated a grocery store in Grapeville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clair H. Rapp. Kathryn is survived by her daughter, Betty Cafasso, of Florida; and grandchildren, Brian (Patricia) Cafasso, of Portage, and Betty (Arnold) Hildebrand, of Ohio; and her sister, Edith Heminger, of Jeannette. She will be missed by her great-grandchildren, Clara and Matthew Cafasso. Family and friends will be received from noon to 2 p.m. Friday at the VAIA FUNERAL HOME INC., 463 Athena Drive, Delmont, where services will be held at 2 p.m. with the Rev. J.R. Wagner officiating. Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park.
