KOSUK-Of Chelsea, July 18th, Annie S. (Dushinski). Devoted wife of the late Stephen Kosuk. Beloved mother of Stephen Kosuk and his wife Lois of Malden, Carol Pezzuto and her husband Dominic of Peabody and Susan Kosuk and her partner Christine Hoyle of Middleboro. Dear sister of the late John Dushinski and Beatrice Koscielecki. Also lovingly survived by 5 grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Saturday morning, July 22nd at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Stanislaus Church, 163 Chestnut Street, CHELSEA at 9 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Friday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
