I never had the opportunity to meet Anthony, but from what I have read, he sounds like a wonderful man. I know he must've been great to get a wonderful girl like you.
There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than 10,000 tongues. They are the messengers of overwhelming grief, of deep contrition, and unspeakable love. - Washington Irving

Anthony always brought such fun energy to any gathering he was involved with! We knew we would have a good time if he and Brittany were around. Anthony had such a magnetic personality and people were just naturally drawn to him. I think it had to do with his genuine, down-to-earth, humble, kind, fun, witty, quick to laugh personality. He made it so easy and comfortable to have a conversation with him. His gift for being able to talk to anyone was one to be admired. Also, he somehow made you feel like the most important person when you were talking to him. He asked the best questions and he made me feel like I was saying funny things because he laughed so easily :). I always felt uplifted and inspired by our conversations. It's no surprise that he fell for Brittany. She has the same magnetic personality and the same gift for putting others at ease. I think Brittany and Anthony were cut from the same cloth. Brittany is also the most genuine, loving, kind, open, real person -- with an amazing sense of humor to boot. She is the best listener and she genuinely interested in others. I've been blown away at the comments and love shown to them during this hardship with cancer. It's a testament to how they have reached out to others with friendship, love, service, humor and positivity over the last six years. We are going to miss Anthony lighting up a room with his smile and laugh. But it will be remembered through Brittany's smile and laugh. We love you so much Brittany and we are here for you with whatever you need.

Just before I entered high school, I remember talking with Anthony after church one Sunday for at least half an hour. He gave me advice on how to go about my high school career and strongly encouraged me to stay on top of my education. He also said that he saw a lot of potential in me and knew that I would go far in life. I don't think he understood how meaningful his words were to me, a young, insecure man just out of junior high. Since then, I looked up to Anthony as a role model. Anthony was always someone I enjoyed seeing and talking to. I will always cherish the little encounters I had with him.
My condolences,

We are deeply saddened with the loss of our dear Anthony. He was among our great and noble missionaries. It was an honor to serve with him. God bless the Bussio family and sweet Brittany.

Anthony was quite possibly the kindest person I have ever met. His care for others and positive impact on everyone who ever met him will never be forgotten. It was an honor to work with him!

Not long before noon
This giant of an angel would be leaving soon
Always making someone's day bright
With his special smile was a beautiful site
No greater son, grandson, husband, brother and uncle Twan in the land
That loved to play and lend a helping hand
So go rest high in your heavenly place
You have fought the fight and finished your race
No more suffering no more pain
Your heavenly home you have finally gained
We know when we look to the heavens tonight
We know your the star that's shining so bright
Watching over all of us from above
Showering us with lots of love
RIP Anthony Bussio you are greatly loved an will be forever missed
