Antonio Salazar Perez Obituary

He was born May 14, 1916 in Beeville, TX, son of Antonio Salazar and Juanita Janie Perez, and left us to be with the Lord on September 28, 2008. He is preceded in death by his wife, Petra De La Santos Salazar; son, Antonio Salazar, Jr. and daughters Delia Cruz and Lola Segura. Survivors include a son & daughter-in-law, Eddie & Rosemary Salazar of Fairfield; daughters, Juanita Cruz of Ennis, Minerva Chavez of San Antonio, Maria Francisca Ledsma of Pharr, Blanca Stella Salazar of Pharr, Pauline Martin of Dallas and Mary Ann Salazar of Garland; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.

I am Pedro Salazar's granddaughter which is Tio Antonio's brother. I remember seeing Tio Antonio when I was younger and always thinking that he looked alot like my "apa". My thoughts and prayers are with you. May God give you comfort during this difficult time.
