Billy was born on March 7, 1938 and passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2019. Billy was a resident of Wharton, Ohio at the time of passing. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 12, 2019 from 3:00-8:00pm at CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Arlington. The funeral service will begin at 11:00am on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the Wharton First Church of God, with visitation from 10:00am- 11:00am prior to the service. Pastor David Odegard will officiate and burial will follow in Wharton-Richland-Union Cemetery. Visitation Details: CRATES FUNERAL HOME 620 N. To: Treva, Barb, Reggie, Lindsey, Betty and Family, and Phyllis and Family,

I just wanted to give you all our greatest condolences to your families that I've know for all so long.

I was shocked to hear of Billy's untimely death. I too remember being in the burn center with like wounds. I'm Glad he's no longer suffering and is now in God's graces.
