I wish to express my deep admiration and respect for a very dedicated servant to his Country. It was greatly rewarding to receive Leadership and direction from Chief Roubo as our First Sergeant and as a co-worker throughout the years at the 265th Air National Guard Squadron.
Many blessings to all his Family and Friends.

Our condolances go out to the Roubo family. I served with Chief in the early 1990s. I fondly remember him as both 1SG, and Chief of Maintenance. I remember one AFT at Otis ANGB, and he had spent the night in the bushes, just outside of our work area. He was hardcore! He'll be sadly missed.
