Cara Leanne Drogus

Cara Drogus, 42, died on March 9, 2020 in Pacifica California. She was born in Wheaton, Il on August 19,1977. Cara attended St. Francis High School and was an avid softball player and all around great athlete. She attended UIC on a softball scholarship but eventually left that university to earn her paramedic certification. Her free time was devoted to her friends and her dogs. She loved all of her dogs, but had a special place in her heart for Newfoundlands and became a breeder. Cara moved to California over 10 years ago, where she lived in the San Francisco Bay Area. Cara is survived by her sisters, Cindy Clarke and Carla Parch (Ken Parch); nieces and nephews,Tyler Clarke, Kelsey Fota (Chris Fota), Abby Parch and Stephen Parch and her great niece, Riley Fota. She is preceded in death by her parents Lee and Carol Drogus. Memorial will be private.
