David was born on September 14, 1967 and passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2019. David was a resident of Ghent, New York at the time of passing. David studied at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation under Dean Bernard Tschumi and at the University of Kentucky under Dean Jos? Oubrerie, who recently cited David's work on his Miller House in a book on the project.
