Delfin Santiago Martinez

Delfin Santiago Martinez, 69 of Lancaster passed away Sunday, December 17, 2017 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born on July 30, 1948 in Yauco, PR, he was the son of the late Juan Santiago and Herminia Martinez. He was the husband of Claribel Rios Santiago. Delfin worked in food service for the Host Resort and also as a stocker for Wal Mart. He was a member of First Spanish Assembly of God. He loved his family and neighbors. He enjoyed attending church, singing and music. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Delfin is survived by his wife, Claribel; daughters, Maribel Martinez of Lititz, Milagros Ruiz of Lancaster, Jesenia Santiago of Connecticut; sons, Ezequiel Santiago of Lancaster and Moses Santiago of Lebanon. He is survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Elsa Santiago of Lancaster and Neleidy Santiago Martinez of Puerto Rico and brother, Freddy Santiago of Puerto Rico, along with his care giver, Hector Rios. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Delfin's funeral services on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 2PM from the First Spanish Assembly of God, 626 S. Duke Street, Lancaster, PA with Pastor Rafael Balbuena officiating. Friends will be received at the church on Friday evening from 6 to 8PM and on Saturday from 1-2PM. Interment will be held in the Mellinger's Mennonite Cemetery, Lancaster.
