My deepest sympathy, Jacqui and Nanci, on your brother Skip's death. My mother (Ruth Ferrick Keenan) often talked of how she babysat him. To all who loved and will miss Skip, you're in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,

On behalf of the Robert A. Olson family our thoughts and memories are with the entire Weinhagen family. My dad worked for the Weinhagen business for 21 years and my brother spent summers and his high school on-the-job training at the Wabasha location. As neither are still living-I can recall stories after stories throughout the years.
From the front office on Pleasant Avenue, the smell of tires comes back to me. In he move to Wabasha Street I, too, recall the remodeling from the former pet store to a different kind of service organization. And I will never forget the day a truck crashed through the coffee shop across the street from the Wabasha location and my dad sharing the stories about getting several people, including Skip, who had been pinned under the truck.
As the end of one generation goes into the history books of our minds-the new, younger and more energetic ones are still around to savor the stories.
Respectfully Yours,
Christine (Olson) Johnson

I am so sorry for the loss to you family. While I only met him once...the family legacy he left is a group of amazing people and a testament to the type of man he was.
