I have such good memories of Uncle Gene! He was always smiling, and I knew he was super smart too, although he never talked much about himself when we were younger. He was the calm person against Aunt JoAnn's fun-loving and outgoing personality! I loved them both! Praying all of you will find peace and comfort from the Lord as you celebrate his life!

I remember Uncle Gene as always smiling and full of all kinds of information! My husband enjoyed talking to him when we got together because he could talk about anything and everything. Lots of fond memories of Gene, JoAnne and all us cousins. Sincere condolences to Angela, Chris, and their families.

So sorry to hear of Uncle Gene's passing. I think the last time I saw him was at Aunt Marian's funeral several years ago. He was always a quiet and kind person. My sympathies to Angela and Chris.

I have many fond memories of being with Gene and Joanne. My family came from the Evansville area too, and I visited Joanne's dad in Mt. Vernon before he passed away. Joanne and I had lots of fun working at the Greenwood Public Library together.
