Forrest was born on October 6, 1943 and passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018. Forrest was a resident of Fort Smith, Arkansas at the time of passing. He graduated from College of the Ozarks in 1965 with a B.A. in Business Administration. A memorial service will be held on April 21, 2018 at the Harmony Presbyterian Church on Highway 103, Clarksville at 2:00 pm with Marci Ward presiding.

Forrest is such a wonderful person. I loved working with him while I was working at Clarksville. He surely will be missed. Prayers for your family. May God give you peace during this most difficult time. You are in my prayers
