I was saddened to learn of the passing of George Haltuch. Although I haven't seen George and his family, Eileen, the two girls Debbie and Laura, and my friend Chris in over 40 years I have many fine memories. I remember sleeping over their house on Flora Dr. in Bedford, Ohio many many week-ends. Also working working one summer for George at Buffet Meats, and if I remember right Gary Collins the famed Cleveland Browns receiver would buy his steaks from George. I believe it was around 1970 when George and his family left Bedford for Alaska,I still remember thinking what a brave adventure that must have been ! I haven't seen them since that time, but I will always keep a special place in my heart got the entire Haltuch family. Tom Twitt, Bedford Ohio.
