So sorry to hear that Helmut has passed. I really enjoyed working with Helmut for many years. He was so good about sharing his knowledge of the meat industry. He was such a great guy. I missed him after he retired. My heart goes out to Elke and the family.

I cannot believe you are no longer here with us. You should be here to see all of your grandchildren and great grandchildren. If I could only see you one more time and tell you I love you. I will miss you for the rest of my days. You will never be forgotten. I promise my children will know their Opa and the legacy he left behind. Please also know that we are mending our broken relationships. I had hoped you would be able to see that before you left this earth. I love you and miss you so much it hurts. Forever in my heart.
