James was born on February 1, 1937 and passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019. James was a resident of Ohio at the time of passing. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 7 from 2 to 5 pm at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel 1346 S. High St. where funeral service will be held Friday at 1 pm. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery.
