Jeffrey Wayne Young-Smith

Jeffrey was born on February 16, 1963 and passed away on Monday, June 4, 2018. Jeffrey was a resident of Indiana at the time of passing. He was adopted by Larry and Judy Smith and was a 1980 graduate of Madison Consolidated High School. He was inducted into the United States Army and rose to the rate of Private First Class serving during Kuwait and Operation Desert Sheild/Storm. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 8, 2018, at 1:00 p.m., at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery Chapel, 1415 North Gate Road in Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1415 North Gate Road in Madison, Indiana. A final salute will be conducted at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery Chapel with full military honors to follow by Jefferson Post 9 of the American Legion on Friday at 1:00 p.m. MEMORIAL EXPRESSIONS Memorial contributions may be made to the Jeff Young-Smith Remembrance Fund.
