Jerome was to true friend.He always had time to visit and tell stories of sheriff Baylor House ( my Grandfather ) I never knew my Grandfather he passed away before I was Born. My first memory of Jerome was when I was about 15. My family was in a seemingly endless line at Disney World in Orlando. We had noticed Daddy stretching his neck and looking over the top of the crowd and not long later we snaked back and forth and came to a curb. Daddy stepped up on the curb and cupped his hands to his mouth and yelled "Whiskey". We were shocked! Way, way ahead of us in line, a head popped up waving his cap in the air. Jerome and Daddy were two farmers a long way from home with way too many people standing elbow to elbow and were thrilled to see someone they knew. Our thoughts and prayers Hiare with all of the family, May God Bless.

He was such a delight! I would always hug him and ask him how he was and he would say, "Oh I ain't worth a flip!" I always teased him back that he was worth more than any of us! I will miss him so!
