Jack and I were both members of MACV Team I in Viet Nam. I was Senior Advisor to a Duster/Quad 50 Battalion and we were billeted int he same BOQ. Jack and I became good friends, ate together, lived in the same place and were often deployed together. We both loved our families and were father of girls.

I just found out late this afternoon when I was in my front yard and Ann Marie shared the news with me. Chuck and I (Michael) have been neighbors going on nine years. I always enjoyed pleasant conversations with Jack anytime I saw him. We will miss him greatly.

My deepest heartfelt condolences goes out to the family. Jack was a kind, gentle person. I worked with Jack at Teachers' Retirement for several years. When I was promoted to Master Sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserve, Jack gave me a miniature insignia for E8; I've always cherished it and will forever.
I pray God will comfort the family during this very difficult time.

Dear Anna Marie and Family,
I had the privilege of working with Jack at the Department of Health. I truly loved my conversations with Jack about the military, It was one of his passions. At work we still have a wall called "Jack's Wall" so we can always remember our history. His eyes would light up when he spoke of his children especially those grandbabies. He will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

To the Jolissaint family, I didn't know Jack but I knew his parents. They were such a sweet couple and I loved working with them during my tenure at InRegister magazine. I know they welcome their son in heaven just as your mourn losing him. May the memories of happier times sustain you in the days to come.
My sincerest condolences.
