Preceding him in death besides his son Joel, his parents, brother Donald, sister Elaine Dosch and her husband Wendelin, his sister Teresa and her husbands Leo Klein and Bill Lorenz, his sister in law, Arlowene Lochthowe, his nephew Leon and his family, nephews Gary, Lloyd, David and niece Cheryl Eshenko.
