We truly lost a good one, and certainly the last of a dying breed.
Possibly the only person to ever cut off a thumb and recover like a champion, he was in fact the original Polish Sensation. Anybody who ever walked Sebring Avenue undoubtedly knew and had a conversation with him.
We were incredibly lucky to have him in our lives.
