Lila was born on April 29, 1966 and passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2018. Lila was a resident of Barataria, Louisiana at the time of passing. A native of Franklin Parish, LA, she graduated at Fort Necessity High School, and attended Northwestern College and transferred to LSU, getting her Associates Degree for a LPN. Lila Mechell Pepiton Funeral Services for Mechell Barton Pepiton, age 52, of Barataria, LA, who passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018, will be held Saturday, July 28, 2018, at 1:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel, 401 West Canal Street, Picayune, MS. Visitation will be Saturday, July 28, 2018 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home. Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
