Mary Louise Setnor, 87, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 9:22 a.m. at Kindred Bridgewater Nursing Home Rehabilitation Care Center, Carmel, Ind. Mary was born August 11, 1929 in Royalton, Ky. to Bruce and Alka (Crace) Howard. She moved to Newland, Ind. in 1941. On August 14, 1948 in Rensselaer, Ind., she married Wesley Setnor who preceded her in death on October 16, 2012. She was also preceded in death by her parents along with three brothers, Don, Charles and George Howard and three sisters, Walletta Stanley, Gladys Bennett and Janice Singleton. She is survived by three sons, Larry (Jamie) Setnor of Deland, Fla., Michael (Linda) Setnor of Walkerton, Ind., and Joe (Pat) Setnor of south Bend, Ind.; one daughter, Sandra (Mark) Easterday of Walkerton, Ind., one sister, Dora (Roy) Howard and one brother, Rodney (Ielene) Howard, all of Walkerton, Ind.; brother-in-law, Jerry (Nancy) Singleton of North Liberty, Ind.; sister-in-law, Barbara Howard of Valparaiso, Ind; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Mary graduated from Wheatfield High School and was a retiree from Wells Aluminum in North Liberty, Ind. Louise, as she was called by family, loved spending time going to festivals and being with her family. The family would like to thank Kindred Hospice for the excellent care given to Louise. Funeral services will be Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at the Koontz Lake Missionary Church, 8044 N State Road 23, Walkerton, (Koontz Lake), Ind. 46574. Burial will follow at the Westlawn Cemetery in North Liberty. Friends may call Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET at Rannells Funeral Home, Koontz Lake Chapel and Saturday at the church one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Kindred Hospice, 9785 Crosspoint Blvd., Fishers, Ind. 46256.

She and Wesley were such a sweet couple. Always so friendly and willing to visit whenever I stopped by. Wesley would walk everyday and wave at the bus as I went by. Louise would be on the porch watching for him. May they both rest in peace.

We are so sad to hear of Aunt Louise's passing. We all grieve and mourn her loss but find peace and comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with her beloved husband, Wesley.
