Noel Lloyd Tabannor

Noel L. Tabannor Noel Lloyd Tabannor, age 53, of Elkton, MD, passed away Monday, July 9, 2012. Born in Jamaica on September 10, 1958, he was the son of Kenneth L. Tabannor, Elkton, MD, and Ruby McFarlane Tabannor, Midway, GA. Mr. Tabannor worked in the construction/landscaping industry. In addition to his parents, survivors include his siblings, Salgardo Tabannor, Remah Scott, both of Atlanta, GA, Joan Francis, Edward Tabannor, both of Elkton, MD, Juliet Tabannor, Midway, GA, and Dennis Tabannor, Jamaica; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be held from 9-10 a.m. only, Saturday, July 14, 2012, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton St., Elkton, MD. Interment will be private.
