It has been one year. I miss you more than ever. I know you where in fact my best friend ever. I found everything you left for me. The fishing poles with the note and all your clothes. I know we had plans to go fishing in the spring of 2020 and I wish we could have. I miss you and I love you. You where so cool to be around and I wish we had more time to enjoy being older together and getting along so well like we did later in life. You never bossed me around or put me down in any way and I miss you so much for that. I will never forget the last time we saw each other. I remember your georgous laughing eyes as you said, I love you Marj as you where pulling away. I will never forget your voice and all the talks we had the last year. I wish we had more time. I may not have any siblings to speak to anymore but you are in my heart and soul and I miss you. I know you are around in your own way. I did the best I could with all your belongings and your life. I hope I did right by you. You have alot of friends out in Iowa and they love and miss you too. You are still loved by all your friends and family here too and I hope you where looking down on us the day all your life long friends and family came together to remember you. Your Family, Friends and Union Brothers really came together and did right by you for sure. You still make me laugh when I think of how funny you are. What a full life you led Ralph. I miss you. I pray for the day we meet again. I will be ok. I promise. I promise to take care of myself like you always said. I know have an Angel like no other and I am grateful for all our memories. I love you forever and ever, Your little Sister.

My big brother, my hero I miss you so much. I can not believe you are gone. A small part of me is still waiting for you to call or come by out of the blue. I am so blessed for this past year. All our talks and the time we got to spend together. I pray you where looking down on everyone on Saturday. You were so loved. My brother, The man, the myth, the legend!! Number #33. I found the fishing poles you just bought for us. I will cherish them forever. You where so funny, tuff and kind. I will miss you forever and ever. I want to thank everyone for being there. So many people came from near and far. In the tuff days ahead I will find comfort in the funniest stories ever and all the love and friendship. I miss you Bro. I miss you terribly. I know you are on our side up there and I find comfort in that. Love you so much!!! You where one in a million.

We were best friends in 5th and 6th grade and remained friends all through high school playing football together. We used to go trout fishing and skipped school a couple of times to fish all the ponds and creeks from Bey Lea to the Toms River. Deep down the Ralph Dowgin I knew was very kind and generous. Our friendship started when he cut me in lunch line. I did not respond well. He then punched me in the ear with a chocolate milk in his hand. Milk went everywhere! While we were waiting in the principal's office for what turned out to be a week's detention we became friends. RIP Ralph. I hope their are trout streams in heaven, and fly fishing is always in season with no limits.

Ralph was my idol growing up. Not only did I wear #33, but my son Kyle did as well. We wore this number in honor of Ralph. He was an amazing football player. One that I always tried to live up to. I have a lot of great memories with Ralphy. Hunting, fishing and he came to a lot of my games. Ralph was a lot of fun. I was saddened to hear about his untimely passing. Although we haven't seen each other in many years, I will not forget the great memories I have with him. My condolences to his sisters and other family members and friends.

Ralphie, the gridiron guy.

Ralphie was little brother, my first and best playmate, and a good guy with the biggest heart. I cannot believe is gone, but I know he is with my parents now. I love you, Ralphy. Monique
