Restituta Cubillas Agdeppa

Restituta "Resty" Cubillas Agdeppa, 91, born on May 26, 1925, in Butuan City, Philippines, passed away September 25, 2016 in Los Angeles, California. Fondly known as "Mama Toots", she was preceded in death by husband Dominador C. Agdeppa, Sr. and son Apollo Agdeppa. She is survived by her children, Luzminda Cacho, Flordeliz Lacuesta, Eduardo Agdeppa, Dominador Agdeppa, Jr., Marilyn Peralta, Romeo Agdeppa, Julieto Agdeppa; as well as 25 grandchildren, and 48 great-grandchildren. Restituta was full of life. A talented cook, she worked as a dietitian for the VA Hospital in Manila. In 1979 she moved to Los Angeles where she was known not only for her delicious Filipino cooking, but also for her sense of fashion, graceful dancing, and angelic voice in the church choir. We are at peace knowing she is forever smiling down upon us from heaven above.
