Rita E. Perachio

Perachio 1928~2021 Rita E. (nee Cardamone) age 93, of Drexel Hill, PA passed away on December 29, 2021. Rita was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend She was born to Louis and Susie Cardamone on August 31, 1928. After graduating from Overbrook High School, she married her sweetheart, George Perachio and they spent 73 wonderful years together. Rita worked in retail at John Wanamaker's, Strawbridge & Clothier, and Macy's for over 20 years. Rita loved spending time with her family and keeping up with all her grandchildren and great grandchildren's accomplishments. She was a proud mom and grandmom. Beloved wife of George R. Perachio. Survived by her cherished children Joanne M. Angelini (Steven), and Kathleen M. Marturano (Joseph); her 5 adoring grandchildren, Steven Angelini (Jaime), Michael Angelini (Natalie), Robert Angelini (Lisa), Joseph Marturano, Jr., (Jamie) and Lori Trail (Jonathan); 10 great-grandchildren Matthew, Olivia, Sophia and Julianna Angelini, Grace Kearney, Chloe, Teagan, and Myah Marturano, and Giovina and Sonora Trail.
