Robert Allen "Butch" Leuthardt, son of Peter and Agnes (Barlage) Leuthardt, was born May 25, 1951 in Chokio, Minnesota, where he grew up and was baptized and confirmed. Butch attended Chokio High School, graduating in 1969. He continued his education at a trade school in Northern Minnesota. Butch worked as a Sous Chef in the Minneapolis suburban area, before moving back to Chokio in 2006, where he continued to live until the time of his death. You always knew exactly where you stood with Butch. He will be remembered most for his love for his family. He is survived by his children: Tammy Dejno of Maplewood, Peter Leuthardt of Austin and Christopher (Crystal Meadows) Leuthardt of Columbia Heights; four grandchildren: Austin, Haley and Nick Dejno and Summer Meadows-Leuthardt; siblings: Pat (Stan) Bohn of Fremont, NE, Marv Leuthardt of Minneapolis, Jim Leuthardt of Big Lake, Bev Leuthardt of Chokio, Sandy Moser of Rochester and Tom (Vicki) Leuthardt of Chokio and numerous nieces and nephews and his ladies at Eastside Acres. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers: Donald, Ralph and Eddie Leuthardt and three sisters: Viola Haven, Doris Moser and Marlys Leuthardt.
