Ronald James Cataland

Ronald was born on March 8, 1932 and passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2017. Ronald was a resident of Ohio at the time of passing. He was a graduate of East High School , Class of 1950, and attended Youngstown College graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. He taught languages in the Trumbull County Schools before entering the U. S. Navy and upon discharge from the Navy he went back to Youngstown University and received his elementary and junior high teaching certificate. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 25 at Belmont Park Cemetery, Youngstown, 2 p.m. with military honors. Interment to follow at graveside. A memorial service will be held in Tallahassee, Florida at a later date for those who knew and cared for him in Tallahassee during the winter of his life.
