Ronald W. Mlyniec

Ronald W. Mlyniec, age 80, of McHenry passed away peacefully on February 5, 2021 at JourneyCare Hospice in Barrington IL. He was born in Chicago, the son of Casimir and Adeline Mlyniec. Ron married his beloved wife Anita on November 23, 1968 in Berwyn IL. Ron, who was known for his warm smile and great sense of humor, worked for SkipperBud's for over 20 years. In his free time he enjoyed spending time with his family, attending his grandchildren's sporting events, traveling, boating and his time he spent volunteering for Senior Services. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Anita; his two sons: Jeff (Terri) and Ryan (Alison) Mlyniec; his grandchildren: Emily, Andy and Lindsey; his brother Wally (Abby) Mlyniec as well as niece and nephew: Casey and Emma. He was preceded in death by his parents: Casimir and Adeline Mlyniec and his in-laws Walter and Virginia Luksta. Celebration of Ron's life is being planned for Summer of 2021. Private family service will be held at Colonial Funeral Home, McHenry. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be directed to the family.
